In my opinion, this songs means that when a hero is in our life. And the hero is within us, deep in our hearts. Someone who can strenghten us, someone who is brave, someone who is able to survive in life, and always there for us.

Never be afraid, if you feel as if hope is gone, no one will lend a hand, when you feel like ypou are facing your life alone, or the many problems in your life. Then look and ask the hero for help, by looking within ourself and being strong. Then we will see the truth, and be able to find love.
